MANDALA

Mandala art is rooted in the ancient idea of the circle as a symbol of wholeness, unity, and balance. Found across cultures – from Tibetan sand mandalas to Celtic knots and Indigenousmedicine wheels – mandalas reflect the harmony of the cosmos and the patterns of life.

At its simplest, a mandala begins with a centre and radiates outward, forming intricate layers of shape, colour, and meaning. It draws the viewer inward, offering a moment of stillness and contemplation.

Mandalas can also serve as gentle reminders to focus on the feelings we wish to expand. They help summon energy and attention toward a vision or goal.

Beyond this, mandala has the power to uplift the spirit and raise the energetic frequency of a space, becoming both artand a quiet form of meditation.
