Hele Flora is a nature-rooted artist, poet, and author of Finno-Ugric heritage, based in Norway.
Her work celebrates a lifelong kinship with Mother Nature, especially the delicateworld of flowers. Growing up as the daughter of a gardener, she formed a deep bond with plants early on - by the age of six, she could recognize most native species, enchanted by their shapes, colours, scents, and stories.
Today, she translates that connection into intricate floral mandalas and poetry, each piece aquiet dialogue, a gesture of reverence and awe, and a love letter to the Earth.
My visual art is a meditation on the sacred geometry of nature.
My poetry gives voice to the songs unsung – the whispers I hear while walking in the wild. I create to unveil the fullness of what already is.
