BLOOM! is not just a book. It is a journey within, gathered between its covers. The process of writing this piece began during the lockdown and was only recently completed. The content evolved along with me.

BLOOM! is a book about the inner journey and the willingness to meet everything with curiosity and awe. For as long as I can remember, I’ve been curious about the human mind and emotions, and how all of the different layers within us work together. The main questions have always been: How can I step more fully into acceptance and love? How can I meet myself without the need to fix anything? This is what this book is about.

BLOOM! is divided into sections that reflect on both different emotions, and elements – some that may hinder us, and other that help us grow. It’s not a book about right and wrong, but rather an offering of support to anyone on the journey inward. It’s also an invitation to gentle courage, to deeper reflection, and to sweeter self-love.
